Short description of an invention: Earthquake shock absorber ensures that there is a strong link between the foundations of building and the building itself. This ensures that the destructive forces due to horizontal oscillatory movements of the ground during an earthquake splits into a combination of horizontal and vertical movement and it is transferred to the building in the size of less than 5%. Direction of horizontal movement of the soil does not affect the operation of the absorber.

Short description of an invention: Unlike the conventional hydro generators, hydro generators powered by vortex water flow enable much better utilization of hydro potentials of small watercourses. The system does not suffer losses due to friction of water in tubes and the generator always works with the optimum level of utilization provided that the amount of water coming to the generator is not below the prescribed quantity. The use of water-intake (1) in the system (2) with the help of grooves (3) allows water acceleration due to vortex flow caused by gravity and thus the maximum speed is achieved at the water exit (6) through the shaft (4) where the generator is located (5). The exit canal (7) must have enough capacity to receive all the water from the shaft to prevent congestion. The kinetic energy of water which arrives at the blade of the generator is significantly greater than the kinetic energy of water falling freely on the generator blades from the same height.

Short description of an invention: A new constructive solution in the field of generators for production of electrical energy which provides: economical production, production independent from other sources of energy, environmental cleanliness, operations reliability, low-cost manufacturing, easy use, etc. The construction consists of the following: base (1) to which pillars are fixed (welded) (2) and (3), holder (19) to which generator (16) of direct current is attached with pulley (9), then the electric motor – generator (15) of direct current is connected with pulley (12), converter (17) and consumer (21) of direct current are fastened to the pillar (2), then the battery is placed (14) on the base plate (20), flywheel is installed (7) on the shaft (4) as well as pulley (8) and (11) and bearings (5) and (6). The generator functions in the way that: after setting the switch (24) in the ON position, electrical energy from battery (14) through cable (23) is led to electric motor (15) which starts the pulley (12) and through the belt (13) and pulley (11) starts the shaft (4) with pulley (8) and flywheel (7) belt (10) through pulley (9) starts the generator (16). The energy from the battery (14) through cables (28) and (29) is lead to converter (17) which converts direct current into alternating current and through cable (32) the alternating current reaches the consumer (33).

Short description of an invention: Unlike conventional solar energy photovoltaic collectors, the honeycomb photovoltaic collector enables complete utilization of solar energy received by the collector. The system does not suffer losses due to reflection and panels always work with the optimum level of utilization. The use of solar energy reflector (1) enables the increase of density of solar irradiation per area unit, which is necessary to achieve the maximum level of system utilization. Convex-concave lens (2) collects and compresses energy in the system and at the same time prevents energy from leaving the system. Opposite to the lens is a reflective scattering layer (4) which is used to deflect and scatter incident sun rays in the way that they are evenly scattered on photovoltaic panels (3) inside the system, and enabling such reflection angles to keep the rays inside the system.

Short description of an invention: The subject of invention is a procedure which enlarges hydroaccumulation (HA) space, accompanied by a suitable reversible hydroelectric power plant (RHPP), on the drainage basin of rivers Zeta, Morača and Piva. The invention is from the field of hydro power and water management. The technical problem which is solved by the procedure is the lack of HA space and insufficient water quantity for electrical energy production, or combination of both, in the basins of rivers Zeta, Morača and Piva. The proposed procedure solves the enlargement of HA space through four phases, and refers to the basin of the river: Zeta – the first and second phase, Morača – the third phase, Piva – the fourth phase. The fifth phase of the procedure refers to draining the flooded areas and turning them into agricultural land as well as providing irrigation water for agricultural areas on the lower elevation compared to HA. The subject of the fifth phase of the procedure is the related operation of HA and RHPP per basins and all together.

Short description of an invention: The subject of invention is the set of procedures and technical solutions reducing flood wave losses of the river Zeta in sinkholes of Vrtac retention pond (13) by transferring a certain amount of water from the rivers Rastovac and Sušica to hydroaccumulations Krupac (5) and Slano (8), also applying other technical solutions for reducing total water sinking in the Nikšić plain. The invention is from the field of hydro power and water management. A certain amount of water is transferred from rivers Rastovac and Sušica to hydroaccumulation Krupac (5) using the maximum operating elevation of water intake and water transport through the closed system – underground pipes. The hydroaccumulation Krupac (5) and Slano (8) are connected to the hydrotechnical tunel (6-7) of larger capacity. Sinkhole zones of hydroaccumulation Slano (8) are repaired by performing grout curtain from adit, along the new route outside the Budoš fault (9-10), and RHPP Slano (11) is built. A generator number 8 (23) with maximum capacity is mounted. Liverovići hydrotechnical system is activated (20-16), along with building RHPP Norin (15) and RHPP Liverovići (19).

Short description of an invention: Unlike conventional wind generators, the gravitational wind generator continuously produces electrical energy with no direct impact of local winds on its operation. The continuous operation of gravitational wind generator is enabled by vertically directing air stream through vertically set air conductor (1) using difference in air pressures and temperature at the end of conductors. The usage of thermal insulation accumulation layer (4) increases the air temperature in the uplift of conductor while conductor wall insulation (5) prevents the change of air characteristics while reaching the exit height. The constant air stream has fluctuations which are accurately determined while constructing the air conductor and on their basis the wind generator of certain operating range and power is chosen, which will be continuously in motion, and will produce electrical energy while not being subject to direct impact of local winds.

However, as the change in size of centrifugal force is such that the sum of centrifugal and other dynamic forces in one direction is greater than the sum of centrifugal and other dynamic forces in the opposite direction, a reactive thrust force (23) appears in the direction in which the centrifugal forces are greater. Owing to the structure with two opposite direction engines, which during operation develop the same power and revolutions per minute, other dynamic forces and torques are balanced.

Short description of an invention: Device for centering and hardening gear with shaft to the hardening press /picture 1/. The device is used during thermal treatment of a workpiece and consists of: centering assembly comprised of a cap for centering 5, segments 6, screws 8, segment carrier 4 and supports 7; supporting assembly comprised of supporting board 1 and core board 2 which are connected by screws 10; press 9 which is connected by screws 11 to III cylinder press, and barrel 3 which is connected to press 9 by screws 12.
Glowing workpiece is placed on the core board 2. The following is placed on the workpiece: centering assembly 4, 6, 7 and 8 and centering cap 5 is folded in the I cylinder press. While lowering the press cylinder I, II and III, the cap 5 slides over the segment cone 6, the workpiece is centered and kept in the vertical axis. I cylinder press stops moving. While further lowering cylinder II and III, the press 9 oppresses the side surface of a bigger gear, keeping it in the axis of the piece. At the same time barrel 3 slides along the edge of the supporting board 1 and closes the contour of the device, prevents oil waste which through canals »a« and »b« flows and cools the workpiece.

Short description of an invention: A four-stroke rotational engine with an elliptic casing and a rotor with vanes powered by a copy mechanism belongs to the field of internal combustion engines. The curve (22) of the elliptic casing (9) is designed according to the copy mechanism (15) so that the tight-fitting wipers (12) on vanes (11) touch the curve (22) in every position of the rotor (10) thus forming chambers 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8 of different volumes, representing rotary piston engines. With appropriate design of the copy mechanism (15) and curve (22) of the elliptic casing (9) the desired levels of compression are achieved so that engines can operate in the Otto and Diesel processes. The design with the eccentric copy mechanism (25) and suitable curve (23) of the elliptic casing (9) also achieves the desired levels of compression but the volume of expansion in chamber (7) exceeds the volume of chamber intake (3) thus achieving significantly higher level of expansion. The design of the channel (19) for fire transmission in the elliptic casing (9) enables the burning of the fuel mixture in the chamber to be performed (5) with heated gases from the chamber (6) thus achieving reliable ignition of different kind of fuels.

Short description of an invention: Concentric rotational vane pump composed of a housing (1) consisting of two 90° arcs
(R) and (r) with centers at (0) which are placed on the opposite sides of the housing (1). In the center the rotor is placed (2) with perpendicular slots (8) in which vanes slide (3) of length amounting (R+ r) so that as rotor turns, the vane ends (3) in every position slide over the arcs of (R) and (r) and in that way continuously push the fluid from the work volume of the pump (V) sized V = (R – r). . H./4. As during one rotation of the rotor (2) all four vane ends (3) push out the same volume V, the overall specific output volume per one rotation would be four volumes V i.e. V = (R + r). H. As the concentric arches are of constant surface, the diagram of the capacity change is constant. If the pump dimensions are well chosen, it can be achieved that the specific output volume per one rotation is bigger than the overall housing volume, which means that dimensions of this pump are, for the same output, significantly smaller than for any other type of pumps.

These lattice towers are suitable and present the only solution for development and particularly for the transport and assembly.

Short description of an invention: LIn the launch tube (2) the explosive charge is inserted (11). Then the firefighting grenade (14) is inserted in the launch tube (2), which has the grenade body (1). The launch tube (2) is directed towards the fire zone and the explosive charge is activated (11). At the moment of explosion of the explosive charge (11) compressed gases pass through the hole in the gate (9) and suppress the punch (6) towards the bottom of the grenade body (10). Due to the impact, the punch (6) breaks the opening (7) at the bottom of the grenade body. At the same time the gas pressure produced by the explosion of the explosive charge (11) shoots the firefighting grenade (14) in the direction of the fire zone. After the firefighting grenade (14) leaves the launch tube (2), the spring (4) returns the punch (6) in the initial position, thus opening the inlet (7) allowing the firefighting material (3) to exit from firefighting grenade (14) through nozzles (8) and to start extinguishing fire.

Short description of an invention: Joint reinforced concrete and plastic ribbed pipelines may find wide and indispensable application in the applied hydraulics, especially regarding high pressure pipelines (50 bar) and/or bigger diameters. By joining two constructions/ (three) materials /: plastic (polyethylene, polypropylene) ribbed tubes with inserted electrofusion connector or with possibility of extrusion welding/inner tube/ and reinforced concrete lining, having precise calculation based on required parameters, a new compact construction is produced – the joint pipeline , which meets all technical, technological, structural, environmental, rational and other requests for a new structure– pipeline. Inner plastic (polyethylene, polypropylene) ribbed tube ensures high-quality joining, waterproof and good hydraulic properties, and transfers all internal loads to the reinforced concrete lining, which is dimensioned in a such way to endure all the internal pressures and outside traffic and seismic loads. With the right selection and calculation of reinforced concrete lining and high-quality installation of reinforcement and concrete, all necessary conditions/pressures/ to any structure – pipeline can be achieved.
